Following the departure of Harry Samuel, the CEO of RBC Investor & Treasury Services, Francis Jackson has assumed the newly created role of CEO of the investor services business globally. Jackson initially reports to Doug McGregor, CEO of RBC Capital Markets and group head, RBC Capital Markets and RBC I&TS. Following McGregor’s retirement in January 2020, Doug Guzman, group head, wealth management & insurance, will additionally assume McGregor’s responsibility for RBC I&TS as the group executive, and Jackson will then report to Guzman.
